Regulatory Affairs Specialist

We are looking for an experienced regulatory affairs specialist to join our team in Hatfield.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking company that invests in its employees.
As a regulatory affairs specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the Compliance Manager, deputising for them, and working closely with Business Units and the Business Services Team to enhance compliance awareness and strengthen business controls/processes.
Your key responsibilities will include building the branch Business Continuity Plan, managing ICFR documentation, conducting check sheets and questionnaires, leading compliance and legal training activities, and co-ordinating face-to-face training.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of corporate compliance experience, an understanding of business controls and legal compliance, IT competence using MS Office, experience of business process mapping, working to deadlines, motivating others, and influencing colleagues.
Business qualifications are beneficial, and you will be expected to work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with hybrid options available.
The estimated salary for this role is up to £43,000 depending on experience.
