Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Eden Brown Synergy. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing specialist occupational therapy services to individuals with complex needs.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Occupational Therapist to take on a leadership role, managing a designated caseload and contributing to the development of our service. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care, promoting health and independence in residents with diverse and complex physical and neurological conditions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage a designated caseload, organizing efficiently and effectively to meet clinical priorities and optimize time usage
  • Develop and deliver individualized Occupational Therapy management and treatment programmes, incorporating evidence-based practice and specialist knowledge
  • Provide advanced clinical assessment, planning, and implementation of interventions, utilizing a broad range of techniques and alternatives
  • SUPVISE junior therapists, students, and therapy assistants, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
  • Extensive post-qualification experience in pediatric and adult rehabilitation settings
  • Demonstrated expertise in applying occupational frames of reference and approaches
  • Effective clinical reasoning skills and ability to lead clinical discussions
  • Highly specialist knowledge of relevant assessment and treatment models
