Your Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring consistent adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Oversee financial management, including budget control, cost optimization, and revenue generation strategies.
  • Promote Sodexo's best practices and core values throughout the operation, upholding the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and customer service.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record in managing large-scale operational contracts within a similar industry sector.
  • Extensive experience in leading and motivating diverse teams across multiple service lines.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, hygiene standards, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data, manage budgets effectively, and drive profitability.
  • IOSH qualification or equivalent.
