Your Role:

You will drive and shape the positioning and monetization of our energy solutions, helping customers get the maximum benefit from their part in the energy transition.

We have a massive and fast-growing fleet of residential electric vehicle chargers. There's an incredible latent opportunity to derive value for customers from their plugging-in and charging behaviors across current and future energy markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing commercial strategies in support of GridFlex business development and team growth
  2. Setting financial and performance targets, managing risk, and identifying opportunities for capacity, balancing, wholesale, and flexibility services
  3. Analyzing fleet performance with data scientists and business analysts
  4. Engaging with industry groups, regulatory bodies, and organizations to stay informed and influence the energy landscape

Requirements:

  • Genuine expert in GB energy markets, familiar with complexities and vagaries
  • Relentlessly commercial, driven by maximizing customer value
  • Entrepreneurial and creative mindset, strong financial and management skills, organizational abilities, and interpersonal qualities
