Job Opportunity: Graduate Performance Marketing Executive

Our client, a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking a talented Graduate Performance Marketing Executive to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ad tech and programmatic advertising, with a focus on data analysis and client-facing experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Sales Revenue teams to identify trends and health of always-on deals, including spend, net new advertisers, growth, churn, and accounts ready for 'graduation';
  • Develop and execute annual brand and media plans, leveraging deep understanding of ad tech and programmatic advertising, industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the programmatic landscape;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and optimize marketing strategies;
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles with a focus on data analysis experience;
  • Experience with annual brand and media planning, ad tech, and programmatic advertising;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
