About Us

The Role

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will provide leadership to our Food and Beverage team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our busy restaurant. You will work closely with our inspiring General Manager, Jake McHugh, to achieve success and drive excellence in customer service.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate your team members to achieve success
  • Work 35 hours per week (excluding breaks), five shifts out seven including weekends
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends as required
  • Manage shift patterns, including 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 5pm-1am
