- Follow company management systems, payroll, and recruitment procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Promote equal opportunities, handle complaints, and adhere to health and safety legislation, upholding our company values.
- Flexibly assist neighboring branches when needed and complete required training, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
- A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
- A passion for business development and a proven track record in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivation, working as part of a team and autonomously, with a flexible approach to meet business needs.
- Knowledge of the care industry is advantageous, but not essential.
