Parts Sales Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a Parts Sales Specialist to join our team in Manchester on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Parts Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to customers in a busy parts environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in a fast-paced parts environment.
- Utilize your analytical skills to identify and resolve complex parts-related queries.
- Proactively maintain customer service standards and promote our services and products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the parts department.
- Ensure all corresponding paperwork is up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a good analytical brain, be proactive, and have a keen attention to detail. Experience in the truck industry is advantageous, but not essential. We offer a competitive salary, bonus scheme, excellent pension scheme, and fantastic company car scheme.
