Job Title: Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at ISBA Enterprises Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and promoting a positive Health, Safety, and Compliance culture amongst staff and contractors across all school sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective management of all Health and Safety, Fire Safety, and Transport Safety matters, including policy implementation, monitoring, and inspection.
  • Conducting risk assessments and investigations to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Delivering training and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Collaborating with internal departments and Senior Leadership teams to ensure seamless implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Providing impeccable customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office packages and ability to plan and implement complex policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • A good working knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management principles.
