Compliance and Safety Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Safety Manager to join our team at ISBA Enterprises Limited.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and promoting a positive health and safety culture amongst staff and contractors across all school sites.
Key responsibilities include:
- Effective management of all health and safety, fire safety, and transport safety matters
- Policy implementation, monitoring, and inspection
- Risk assessment and investigation
- Delivery of training and development programs
- Collaboration with internal departments and senior leadership teams
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan and implement complex policies and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office packages
- Good working knowledge of health and safety regulations
