Quality Assurance Management Specialist

As a key member of the Ezeflow Uk Ltd team, the Quality Assurance Manager will provide strategic leadership and oversight to ensure that products meet quality and efficiency standards. The role will also involve working closely with clients to ensure that final products meet their needs and requirements.
Leadership and Management- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performance team to drive quality and efficiency.
- Manage and provide inspection activity for products throughout the manufacturing process.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and management, with experience in leading teams and implementing quality assurance plans. A Bachelor's degree in an industrial or scientific program of study is required, with 3-5 years of experience as a Quality Manager in an ISO 9001 manufacturing facility preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality assurance plans to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Partner with commercial accounts to ensure that products meet industry specifications.
- Manage the modification and implementation of ISO 9000 standards.
The Quality Assurance Manager will work closely with the production team to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary and benefits package including stakeholder pension, company pension, and on-site parking.
Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in a Senior Management position with a focus on quality assurance.
