We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Specialist to join our team at Randolph Hill Nursing Home, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. As a Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting the highest standards of nursing care, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, and supervising and supporting junior staff.

Our ideal candidate will have 12 months of post-graduate experience in care of the elderly settings, with a strong ability to provide advice and guidance to internal staff, residents, and their relatives in a sensitive manner. You will also possess excellent time management, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong oral and written communication skills.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £21.32 per hour, with overtime paid at time plus 33%, as well as opportunities for career development and progression within our organisation. We offer a range of benefits, including an enhanced sick pay scheme, fully funded stakeholder pension scheme, and up to 33 days annual leave entitlement.
