Job Title: Custody Case Manager

Job Description:

Job Summary

This is a full-time role that involves working with offenders in a prison/office-based environment. The role requires a high level of professionalism, resilience, and commitment to rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Proactively manage a caseload and work collaboratively with other agencies to identify, assess, address, and reduce risks of sentenced prisoners.
  2. Work well in high-pressured environments and be resilient to change.
  3. Have a strong understanding of professional boundaries when working with vulnerable people.
  4. Undertake additional training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  1. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  4. Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call as required.
