Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team in the Outpatients department at Benenden Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement clinical care plans for patients, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Work collaboratively with our specialist nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients, identifying their needs and developing individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
- First-level registered nurse qualification, preferably with experience in outpatient settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Basic phlebotomy and ECG monitoring experience, or willingness to undertake training.
- ILS training or willingness to undertake training.
