Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on a commercial fit-out project in Berkshire. This involves ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with the client's requirements and our company's standards.

Project Details:
  • Location: RG41, Berkshire
  • Scope of work: Commercial Fit Out
  • Duration: 6 months

You will be working closely with the project team to coordinate the delivery of the project, including managing sub-contractors and ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standard.

Requirements:
  • Valid Management CSCS Card/Qualification
  • Valid SMSTS
  • Valid First Aid
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on a similar project
  • Commercial Fit Out Experience
  • Experience working for a design & build contractor (desirable)
  • Strong Health & Safety background and qualifications (desirable)
  • Ability to deal with sub-contractors at all levels
  • Strong communication and IT Skills

We are offering a competitive salary of £15,000 - £17,000 per month, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company on a high-profile project.
