Teaching Assistant Position Available
In partnership with local schools, Vision for Education is offering a Trainee Teaching Assistant position in Rotherham. This exciting opportunity allows individuals to gain valuable experience and develop their skills in a rewarding environment.

Role Details
As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to manage behaviour, support interventions, and provide additional help to children with special educational needs and disabilities. Your role will involve building positive relationships with pupils and staff, assisting with recording and reporting pupil progress, and helping to ensure children make good progress in the classroom.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should be able to build positive relationships, demonstrate a passion for improving outcomes for children and young people, and be a flexible and proactive team player. A strong understanding of the role of a Teaching Assistant and their part in the school community is also essential. You must also be willing to undergo training and participate in ongoing professional development.

What We Offer
We provide excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system, social events, pension contributions, and CPD to enhance your skills. Our team is committed to developing young people and welcomes applications from all sections of the community. With a salary range of £19,000 - £23,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience), this is an excellent opportunity to start your education career.
