About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to support the smooth operation of our finance department. As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing daily audits of hotel business activities, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Audits: Perform daily audits of hotel business activities to ensure compliance with company standards, including revenue and payment reconciliations.
- Financial Administration: Assist with sales ledger, purchase ledger, business control, and payroll tasks, adhering to weekly and monthly schedules.
- Expenditure Control: Manage hotel expenditure through the purchase ordering system, verifying delivery notes and invoices for accuracy.
- Financial Monitoring: Support the monitoring of management accounting and control systems at the unit level, ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Cost Management: Help monitor costs and assist in producing accurate weekly revenue forecasts to drive financial success.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve day-to-day accounting routines for the finance team's efficiency and effectiveness.
