As a Senior Financial Manager at our client in North Wales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of the organisation.

The company is a reputable and innovative manufacturer, looking for a skilled Financial Controller to lead its financial operations.

Earnings: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

About the Role

  • Develop and implement effective financial reporting systems to support budget achievement.
  • Lead the creation of comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans for the site.
  • Maintain robust financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Serve as a trusted finance partner to assess and present the financial implications of business decisions.
  • Present compelling business cases to support investment and operational decisions.
  • Provide financial approvals for customer quotes and proposals.
  • Ensure precise financial accounting and reporting for the site.
  • Implement and manage financial systems, including standard costing.
  • Maintain compliance with customer-mandated financial reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with auditors for smooth and efficient site audits.
  • Minimise foreign currency exposure risks.
  • Submit tax packs to support group UK tax liability calculations.
  • Support group finance projects, including financial controls reviews and process improvements.

Your Background

  • Certified or experienced Financial Controller with a background in manufacturing.
