About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Supervisor to join our team at CSL Seqirus. As a key member of our site electrical infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and overseeing the activities of technicians and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure electrical infrastructure compliance with all relevant regulations, including technical, legal, and GMP aspects.
  • Manage inventories of equipment and supplies to ensure availability.
  • Oversee activities of technicians and contractors to ensure compliance with company, state, and federal agency guidelines.
  • Manage vendors, external employees, or contract workers to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Schedule and undertake corrective and planned electrical maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Develop and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and multiple contracts with external vendors for electrical design, installation, and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Meet the requirements for registration with the Engineering Council as EngTech.
  • Hold (or working towards) registration with a professional institution.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering in manufacturing maintenance programs.
  • Strong communication skills with customers, design teams, contractors, and management.
  • Action-oriented skills with the ability to learn on the fly.
  • Good problem-solving, technical learning, time management, and prioritizing skills.
  • Knowledge of Trimble / Amtech ProDesign and fast Test software desirable.
  • Knowledge of cGMPs and manufacturing operations in FDA-regulated facilities.
