Job Title: Electrical Engineering Supervisor

The Electrical Engineering Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the site's electrical infrastructure is compliant with all relevant regulations. This includes overseeing activities related to installation, maintenance, and compliance activities. The individual will act as deputy to the Senior Site Electrical Engineer and support electrical project engineering and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure electrical infrastructure compliance with regulations.
  2. Manage inventories of equipment and supplies.
  3. Oversee technicians and contractors to ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
  4. Manage vendors and external employees.
  5. Schedule and undertake corrective and planned electrical maintenance.
  6. Develop and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contracts with external vendors.
Requirements:
  • Registration with the Engineering Council as EngTech.
  • Registration with a professional institution.
Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering in a manufacturing maintenance program.
  • Strong communication skills with customers, design teams, contractors, and management.
  • Action-oriented skills; ability to learn on the fly.
  • Good problem-solving, technical learning, time management, and prioritizing skills.
  • Knowledge of Trimble / Amtech ProDesign and fast Test software desirable.
  • Knowledge of cGMPs and manufacturing operations in an FDA regulated facility.
