About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assembly Fitter to join our Proseal team in the UK. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest possible standard of assembly and build quality.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure machinery is fully prepared and tested prior to delivery.
  • Attend site for machine commissioning and breakdowns.
  • Work to deadlines and delivery dates.
  • Ensure production instructions and quality standards are met or exceeded.
  • Escalate any build anomalies to relevant personnel.
  • Provide on-site commissioning and customer training.

Requirements

  • Time served with a City and Guilds (C&G) qualification or modern apprenticeship.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and pneumatic circuits.
  • Experience in mechanical assembly, repairs, and servicing of equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
