We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to work with children and young adults, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and young adults.
  • Guide and encourage supportive independence among children and young adults.
  • Employ creativity to meet the unique needs of each child or young adult.
  • Commit to a flexible rota pattern, typically working every other weekend.

Requirements:
  • Able to work on a rota pattern, including weekends.
  • Successful applicants will undergo pre-employment safeguarding checks, including an enhanced disclosure and barring service (DBS) check.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of children and young adults with SEN and disabilities. As a Children & Young Adult Support Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides specialist education and care to children and young adults with complex needs.

What We Offer:
  • Full training provided to Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
  • Welcome Bonus: £1500.
  • 20 per hour (Depending on Qualification).
