Senior Quality Assurance Technician

The ONE Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Technician to join their R&D team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our products by designing and implementing test plans, operating test rigs, and producing and analysing data.
You will also collaborate with the New Product Development team to drive innovation and improvement, write reports to communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders, and identify and resolve product performance issues through root cause analysis.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Designing and implementing test plans to meet product requirements
- Operating test rigs and performing test functions to validate product performance
- Producing and analysing data to inform product development decisions
- Collaborating with the New Product Development team to drive innovation and improvement
- Writing reports to communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders
- Identifying and resolving product performance issues through root cause analysis
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A competitive salary of £27,000 - £34,000 depending on experience, plus a range of other great benefits, awaits the successful candidate.
