Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team in South East London. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving site performance, optimising productivity, and ensuring seamless delivery experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate operational excellence, prioritise tasks, and motivate your team to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Team Development: Train, develop, and empower your direct reports to succeed in their roles.
  • Site Management: Supervise inventory management, stock rotation, and waste minimisation to maintain high standards.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to company procedures, health and safety regulations, and Due Diligence measures.
  • Customer Focus: Monitor customer feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
  • Commercial Acumen: Possess a good understanding of KPI performance and commercial principles.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in leading a team, with a track record of influencing KPI performance.
  • Tech Savviness: Comfortable working with numbers and data analysis tools, such as Looker.
  • Candidate Requirements: Right to work in the UK, willingness to work weekends, and a 'can-do' attitude.
