About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Team Lead to join our team at Liberty Speciality Steels. As a key member of our diagnostics team, you will be responsible for leading investigations into equipment failures and developing effective repair strategies.

Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a salary in the region of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, reflecting their level of experience and qualifications.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analyses of equipment faults and develop targeted repair strategies
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety within the workplace

Desirable Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Extensive experience in electrical maintenance and diagnostics
  • Proven leadership and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
