Maintenance Engineer (F1 Industry)

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading F1 team at their state-of-the-art facilities, working with cutting-edge equipment in a dynamic and high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on advanced systems, including BMS, mechanical, HVAC, pneumatics, fire suppression, and electrical systems.
  2. Troubleshoot and conduct first-line repairs of specialised F1 equipment, including Gearbox and Clutch Dyno, Rolling Road, Autoclaves, CNC machines, lathes, and routers.
  3. Respond quickly to maintenance emergencies, ensuring minimal downtime for high-performance operations.
  4. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and equipment inventories.
  5. Manage and monitor spare parts inventories, TPM and PPM systems, and work within service budgets.
  6. Provide cover on a day shift basis with occasional support during weekends as required.

Requirements:
  1. In-depth knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with experience in maintaining high-performance motorsport equipment.
  2. Strong analytical skills and a highly organised approach to maintenance planning and execution.
  3. Ability to interpret technical manuals and apply this knowledge in real-time problem-solving scenarios.
  4. Proven track record of working in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments, such as motorsport or manufacturing.

Working Conditions:
