About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reliability Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain equipment performance to ensure optimal uptime and minimize downtime
  • Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies to prevent equipment failures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reliability maintenance engineering
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in reliability maintenance engineering or a related field
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
