Care Support Worker

Job DescriptionThis role involves working as an integral part of the caring team, delivering high standards of personalised care to residents. The successful candidate will ensure that everyone is treated with respect and dignity, and that individual's rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met in a safe environment.
- Providing high-quality personal care
- Assistance at meal times
- Manual handling, using equipment safely and correctly (hoists) where required
- Interaction with residents
- Maintaining a safe, clean and friendly environment
- Promoting health and well-being of the residents
The post holder will be subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure check, reference checks and a six-month probation period.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is £15,552 - £19,216 depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
