Job Description: As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and promoting independence.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a compassionate nature, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent is highly desirable.
