About the Role:
- Lead a team of housekeepers to deliver exceptional service and maintain impeccable housekeeping standards.
- Manage the fast-paced workload efficiently, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities as needed.
- Create a positive and supportive work environment for the housekeeping team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and continuous improvement.
- Take pride in setting high standards and contributing to the success of The Lamb Inn and Fuller's as a whole.
