About the Role:
- Lead a team of housekeepers to deliver exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail in our 17 guest rooms and busy bar.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping while managing the fast-paced workload efficiently.
- Create a positive and supportive work environment for the housekeeping team, leading by example.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills to ensure seamless operations.
- Take pride in contributing to the success of The Lamb Inn and Fuller's as a whole.
