Job Opportunity for an Experienced Psychology Teacher

Remedy Education is seeking a qualified and experienced Psychology Teacher to join our team. As a Psychology Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering Psychology lessons to students across the full age range, including KS3-KS5, and teaching the subject at AS and A Level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Psychology lessons to students, promoting a love of learning and inspiring pupils to achieve their full potential.
  • Develop and implement engaging and innovative lesson plans, incorporating a range of teaching methods and resources.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support student development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans, ensuring a cohesive and effective teaching approach.
  • Contribute to the development of the Psychology department, sharing expertise and best practices with colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Recognised Teaching Qualification (PGCE, QTS or equivalent).
  • Proven experience of teaching Psychology across the full age range, including KS3-KS5 and AS and A Level.
  • Excellent subject knowledge and curriculum expertise.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students, promoting a love of learning and academic achievement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and students.
