**SEN Teaching Assistant - Perfect for Psychology Graduates - Redbridge**

An inclusive Primary School in the London Borough of Redbridge are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role is full time and long term, remaining in the same school for the entire academic year.

Clarus Education are seeking aspirational, hard-working graduates with a genuine passion and interest in SEN & Child Development. We are looking for people that want a full academic year of experience minimum and will commit themselves to the position.

**JOB DESCRIPTION - SEN Teaching Assistant**
- SEN Teaching Assistant
- Working with a variety of SEN including: Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia & GDD
- Working with children in and out of class on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Full Time & Long Term (full academic year)
- £85 - £100 per day (depending on experience)
- Located in the London Borough of Redbridge

**PERSON SPECIFICATION - SEN Teaching Assistant**
- Solid academics - Degree (ideal), A Levels, GCSEs
- Must have childcare experience
- SEN experience is desirable - voluntary or paid
- Must possess an interest in SEN, Child Development or Teaching
- Must be willing to go above and beyond
- Basic understanding of SEN essential
- Compassionate and confident personality
