Job Summary

A24 Group is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for maintaining and commissioning a variety of vehicles and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commissioning and Maintenance: Perform tasks on highly used cars and other vehicles to high standards, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • On-Site Repairs: Travel to various locations for repairs, providing prompt and efficient solutions to our clients.
  • Vehicle Preparation: Prepare new vehicles for service and prepare old ones for disposal, adhering to strict quality control measures.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Health and Safety: Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or accidents, prioritizing the well-being of our team and clients.
  • Security Procedures: Adhere to security guidelines, protecting our assets and sensitive information.
  • Training: Attend relevant training courses, enhancing your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Decision Making: Make repair decisions in the absence of a supervisor, exercising sound judgment and expertise.
  • Income Generation: Participate in activities relevant to the commissioning operation, contributing to the growth and success of A24 Group.
Working Conditions
  • Hours: Standard business hours, 5 days a week, providing a healthy work-life balance.
  • Salary: Negotiable based on experience, with opportunities for overtime and professional growth.
  • Benefits: 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, ensuring a comfortable and secure work environment.
  • Location: Hampshire, with opportunities to work in various locations, including Southampton, Oxford, and Eastleigh.
