Personal Injury Solicitor (0-3 PQE) Vacancy

Location: Plymouth

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Ranked highly on Chambers and Legal 500, QED Legal LLP is seeking an experienced personal injury paralegal to join their team of seasoned legal professionals. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-value, complex cases, gaining practical experience with a nationally recognized law firm. They offer a wide range of benefits and a competitive salary, and you will be working in a growing team in the heart of Plymouth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Working alongside the existing Serious Injury team to handle new and existing claims, including litigated matters
  2. Travelling to meet clients and potential witnesses face-to-face to gather information and build relationships
  3. Attending Court hearings and Inquests to represent the firm and its clients
  4. Liaising with Barristers, medical experts, and other professionals to assist with each claim
  5. Preparing and drafting documents, briefs, instructions, and schedules to ensure the smooth progression of cases
  6. Valuing claims and dealing with settlement negotiations to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients

The successful candidate for this role will have experience within Personal Injury law and will be confident in their own ability, as well as being well-organised, able to manage their own time effectively, and possessing a keen eye for detail.
