Senior Motor Factors Sales Representative

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Motor Factor sales, ideally with 3+ years of experience in a similar role. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers alike. A driving license is desirable, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Motor Factors team in Leeds to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Communicate our offers and promotions to customers through various channels, including email and social media.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and partners.
- Maintain accurate records of sales performance and customer interactions.
This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 OTE (£35,000 basic) plus an annual bonus, 28 days holiday, free parking, pension, and death in service. The successful candidate will also receive comprehensive training and support to help them excel in their role.
