Senior Professional Services Consultant / Team Lead (Modern Workplace)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Professional Services Consultant to join our team at IP-People. As a key member of our Modern Workplace team, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of technical solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the Design and Implementation Lead/Senior Technical Engineer for key clients, building strong client relationships and developing technical strategies and road-maps.
  • Managing the Technical Implementation team, including conducting one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and training plans.
  • Collaborating with the Technical Director, Solutions Architect, and other Senior Engineers to lead solution design, planning, and implementation for projects such as Server and Network Installations, Office 365, and SharePoint.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation to support other technical teams for clients where you hold Technical Lead responsibility.
  • Assisting Client Account Managers in the creation of Statements of Work (SoW).
  • Providing line management for team members and mentoring and assisting colleagues, Junior Engineers, and Apprentices within the technical teams.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive technical expertise in Windows and Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies, with some experience with Networking/Wireless.
  • Proficiency in managing modern workplace cloud infrastructure, including SharePoint management, design, and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Intune and Autopilot, with hands-on experience in their management, design, and implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team of at least five people.
  • Capability to serve as a senior technical delivery engineer while concurrently managing a team.
  • Solid understanding and experience with customer SLAs and KPIs.
