Purosearch Ltd is working with a developing care provider to recruit an experienced Nursing Home Director. The Owner is looking to recruit a passionate and experienced Registered Home Director to take ownership of their 37 bed nursing home providing specialist clinical and dementia care.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Overall responsibility of the home
  2. Staff management/ appraisals/ training
  3. Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
  4. Budgets/ business development / marketing
Requirements:
  1. Proven track record of successful home management
  2. RGN/ RMN or previous managed a nursing home
  3. IT literate, competent and accurate
  4. Hands on practical approach, Dynamic & Enthusiastic
  5. Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
