We are seeking an experienced Sales Valuer to join our team at CLD Recruitment in Wakefield. As a Sales Valuer, you will be responsible for conducting valuations of property and providing market appraisals.

  • Your primary responsibility will be to conduct valuations of property, ensuring accurate assessments and recommendations for clients.
  • You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets, using your expertise to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough property valuations, taking into account factors such as location, condition, and amenities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, using this knowledge to inform your valuations and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Valuer or in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the property market, including market trends and developments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
