Commercial Sales Manager

About the Role
This exciting opportunity involves running a high-performing store, maximising income from sales, gift aid, and donations. You will drive sales through effective stock control, visual merchandising, and promotional activities. Your goal is to deliver outstanding customer experiences, increase repeat donations, and manage volunteer teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- To achieve/exceed all income and operational targets using resources and time available.
- To actively promote Gift Aid and maximise contributions from donations.
- To maximise profit from new goods through effective stock control and sales opportunities.
- To deliver an outstanding customer experience that encourages loyalty and achieves repeat donations.
- To manage pricing of goods to achieve high sell-through rates and maximise income from donated goods.
- To utilise sales reports and information to manage and display goods in-store for maximum sales potential.
- To provide training, development, and performance management of store assistants within the charity's policies and procedures.
- To attract, recruit, train, and retain a diverse volunteer team, planning volunteer activity to meet business needs.
