As a Regional Technology Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering against time, cost, and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with JLLT IDM Team to deliver optimal software configuration and operational management for detailed configuration needs during project workshops.
  • Deliver against structured programmes, including the alignment and coordination of international resources throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engage with account management and support teams to ensure scope of delivery, deployment, and lessons learned are understood and implemented effectively by all stakeholders.
  • Provide stakeholder communications and reporting.
  • Provide subject matter expertise, supporting regional teams to drive productivity improvements that align with stakeholder and global operating objectives.
  • Financial management of budgets for development, deployment, transitions, and other project elements, including forecasting support resource requirements.
  • Assist in defining commercial and delivery solutions.
  • Support lifecycle assessments and forward planning of investment strategies.
  • Provide ad hoc consultancy support to solutions teams, accounts, and clients.
  • Evaluate, propose, and implement appropriate tools, processes, and optimization initiatives to support effective deployments.
  • Provide strategic oversight of transition and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Facility Management and Project Management.
  • Minimum 5 years' management experience in a multinational environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, heavy workload environment.
  • Ability to work in an international team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Proven project methodology approach.
  • Ability to develop processes and procedures.
  • Excellent and significant Project Management experiences.
  • Practical working knowledge of best practice tools and techniques.
  • Practical experience in Hard Services delivery environments.
  • Practical experience of Technology Systems project delivery.
  • Practical experience of working within a matrix organization.
  • Proven self-starter that consistently delivers to outcome specifications.
  • Recognized Project Management qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Technology platform deployment experience.
