At Frossell Recruitment Ltd, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Pet Membership Liaison to join our innovative veterinary clinic in Chiswick. This full-time role involves engaging with pet owners, supporting the growth of our client's membership model, and creating a seamless experience for both pets and their owners.

About the Role:

  • Develop creative ways to attract new members within your local area, including events, community outreach, and building relationships with pet owners at local parks and dog walking spots.
  • Manage a waiting list of prospective members, engaging them via phone calls and emails, offering clinic tours, and answering any questions they may have.
  • Organise and run tours and open days at the clinic, following up to convert visitors into happy members.
  • Take ownership of the clinic's membership sales, from core membership plans to additional services.
  • Serve as the trusted point of contact for members, ensuring their journey with us is smooth and enjoyable.
  • Play a key role in maintaining high customer retention rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider team and head office to drive success.
