We are seeking a skilled Membership Executive to join our dynamic team at an innovative veterinary clinic in Chiswick. This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary of £35,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits.
About the Role:
The Membership Executive will be responsible for managing membership programs, providing exceptional client service, and contributing to the overall success of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement membership strategies to drive growth and retention
- Provide outstanding client service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve client satisfaction
