Ontic is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Specialist to join our Contracts & Compliance Team. As a key member of our commercial operations, you will play a critical role in shaping our business success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Commercial Governance: ensuring effective governance in line with our policies and procedures.
  • Contract Management: overseeing the entire life cycle of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing various agreements.
  • Customer Relations: liaising with customers on contractual matters, maintaining and building positive business relationships.
  • Bids and Proposals: contributing to the commercial aspects of bids and draft terms and conditions.
  • Team Leadership: supporting less experienced team members with their career development.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or minimum 3 years commercial contracts experience.
  • Experience with US Federal Acquisition FARS/DFARS and UK MOD DEFONs.
  • Knowledge of UK, Europe, and US Export regulations.
  • Experience with contract management software - Cobblestones would be great.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
