Job Title: Commercial Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Solicitor to join our in-house legal team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, as well as providing legal advice to our clients.

About the Role:
  • Experience in commercial law, with a focus on contract law and commercial contracts.
  • Confident in reviewing and drafting legal agreements, including NDAs and procurement arrangements.
  • Ability to analyze and review contracts, identifying potential risks and mitigating their impact on the business.
  • Understanding of commercial VAT and LGPS pensions is desirable.
