Join Norfolk County Council's Adult Mental Health Social Care team as a Practice Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced social worker to provide cover for a current post-holder's maternity leave. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating tasks to and supporting assistant practitioners on duty across the 5 locality teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mental health needs and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment. They will also be required to supervise some practitioners who cover the duty function on a permanent basis.
