Supporting Young People with Autism

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and contribute to their educational and personal growth. Your role will involve supporting students in the classroom, preparing materials, and communicating with colleagues and students.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist teachers in delivering lessons and providing additional support to students
* Prepare materials and resources for classroom activities
* Communicate effectively with students and colleagues
* Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve student outcomes
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for working with young people with autism and complex needs. You should have a strong communication style, patience, and understanding. A background in education or a related field would be beneficial, but not essential. We offer a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
