About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Plumbing Valves sector. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand business relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand business relationships with key clients
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Analyse sales data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of sales services

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales management or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding business relationships
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyse sales data and inform business decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
