Job Summary

This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Comprehensive Estate Planner to join our network as a Legacy Assurance Attorney. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive estate planning solutions, deliver exceptional service, and collaborate with our team to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement customized estate plans for clients, including business formation and asset protection strategies
  2. Provide expert legal counsel and guidance to ensure client peace of mind
  3. Collaborate with the team to deliver efficient, client-centered services

Requirements

">
  1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  2. Active admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar and in good standing
  3. 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, or related areas of law
  4. Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable
  5. Existing private practice
  6. Experience in Medicaid planning (preferred)
  7. Reciprocity with neighboring states (a plus)
