Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team at Parico, a growing technology business delivering innovative and secure solutions to Public Sector customers across the United Kingdom.

About the Role:

As a Network Engineer, you will be part of a close-knit technical team developing greenfield systems and services for our clients, using cloud services and on-premise infrastructure components. You will have the freedom to apply your knowledge and experience while recommending further technical 'good practice' and improvements to enhance all infrastructure capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement network technologies, including routing protocols, core network technologies, and infrastructure components.
  • Design and implement highly available and resilient networking solutions, including active-active failover for business continuity.
  • Rationalize network designs and align them against architectural best practice.
  • Configure and deploy networks across a wide range of scenarios, including private cloud datacentre architectures.
  • Work with Enterprise Systems, Platforms, and Networks within both datacentre and cloud environments.

Requirements:

  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or similar.
  • Significant depth of experience in de-risking and implementing network technologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills with diverse and adverse audiences.
  • Demonstrable experiencing of working with Enterprise Systems, Platforms, and Networks within both datacentre and cloud environments.
  • Must either hold UK security clearance or be eligible to obtain clearance.
